Key Quotes

"Pseudonymity was a meritocracy. I measured people more on the output that they did versus their history. It created this really interesting labor arbitrage where we'd have workers in India or Africa, and we'd pay them $200 to do an article, and for them $200 was quite a large amount of money in US dollars."
"My best coders still produce code that's better than Claude, but within like a year to two years that may not be the case. Engineers who spec out two to three weeks worth of work are now getting it done in a day. Our timelines are compressing really, really hard."
"Institutions clearly see the value very clearly and they are undeterred by the ups and downs. They move slowly, and where in crypto we're up, everybody's euphoric, we're down, everybody feels bad. Institutions have a steady maturity to them that they're bringing to the space."
