Yeah. So, Brantley, why don't you tell us a little bit about yourself? Who are you and what are you working on?
Well, I am an attorney by training. I live in Birmingham, Alabama and I am currently serving as partner at Tech CXO in our human capital management practice where I help high growth companies manage their people strategies thinking about making people fuel and not friction. I think often times people can be a headache, but it doesn't have to be that way. And certainly it's one of companies biggest investments of capital is their personnel. And I love helping companies solve some of those problems and create strategies around adding some oomph to their people operations.
